We aren’t your typical sales store, where the goal is to just sell the e-bike and move on to the next customer. So, we have a process to make sure that we aren’t just the store you bought your e-bike from, but the friend who is there on your biking adventure. No high-pressure tactics, no gimmicks. Before You Buy
Set Appointment
Call for an appointment, so that we can set aside plenty of time to answer questions. We usually set aside about an hour to dedicate and focus on you.
Consultation
Tell us how you want to use your e-bike. Whether you’re commuting, hunting, or need an e-bike that fits in your RV, we have options to fit your needs.
Test Ride
When you arrive, we will have e-bikes for you to test ride, so that you can understand the differences, the options, and the price ranges.
Your New E-Bike!
if the e-bike you want is in stock, you can take it home that day! But not to worry, if you love the bike but love a different color better, we will order it how you like it. Most e-bikes arrive in about one week.
After You Buy
Adjustments
We will take the time to adjust handlebars, seats, and make sure you are completely comfortable on your new e-bike
Education
We will teach you the functions and features of your new e-bike.
Maintenance Lessons
We will explain maintenance and care to keep your e-bike on the road for many miles to come.
